    Procurement Manager (Miami) Job DescriptionProcurement & Supply Chain Manager

    Purpose

    We are a leading producer of floral bouquets for retailers in Europe. At the start of 2016 we expanded into the USA to begin a trial with an established grocery chain. During this trial we built a reputation as a high quality, cost efficient supplier offering all-encompassing category management. As a result our business, with said grocery chain, has grown and therefore we are looking to build out our team in Miami, FL. We are therefore looking for Procurement and Supply Chain Manager that will be in charge of day-to-day purchasing and the coordination of deliveries to our customer.

    Responsibilities

    Supporting the day-to-day operations of the business, placing order with suppliers, monitoring inventory, planning production and arranging logistics
    Quality control inspections on arrival and feedback/claims to suppliers
    Approving and reconciling invoices for payment
    Administrative support

    Knowledge and Skills

    Organized, able to multi-task and work to deadlines
    Experienced in working directly with flowers, production and the supply chain of perishable products
    Able to collaborate, understand and clearly present data without errors, preferably with good excel skills
    Work well independently and as part of a team communicating your work effectively
    Flexible to the needs of a small business and the tasks that may be required

    Fluent in Spanish is a MUST

    Benefits: $35 – 45k (Depending on candidate and experience) + 50% contribution to health insurance
