Bill Doran Company to Acquire Seagroatt Riccardi, LTD

Bill Doran Company is pleased to announce the acquisition of many of the assets of Seagroatt Riccardi LTD. Bill Doran Company’s mission has always been to provide our customers with the highest quality flowers, plants and supply items they need to be successful, this acquisition brings us another step closer. The facility at 5 Avis Drive will continue to operate at the current location. We anticipate that over the next handful of months the integration of Seagroatt Riccardi, LTD into Bill Doran Company will create numerous advantages. The knowledge and relationships of Shawn and the entire Seagroatt Riccardi staff is an exciting addition to Bill Doran Company. We will reference this new location as Bill Doran Company Avis (in reference to Avis Drive) so help lessen any confusion with our existing Albany Branch on Industrial Park.

Bill Doran Company has been in the wholesale floral distributing industry for over 74 years. Today our company has grown into 22 floral branches operating in ten states with customers in 30 states. We source flowers from over 20 countries with nearly 500 employees helping distribute them as quickly as possible.
This transaction is effective September 19, 2020, invoices for arrival into this location on or after this date are the responsibility of the Bill Doran Company.
