The HortiFlora Expo Ethiopia 2018 that was scheduled to take place in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, from March 14-16 has been cancelled and rescheduled to Wednesday March 13 – Friday March 15, 2019.
The most important reason for the decision to cancel the exhibition is the expectations of a low number of international visitors. “Two years ago, we had to cancel the exhibition due to unrest in the country. There is no unrest anymore, but many still have that situation in their mind. Therefore, international buyers decide not to take the trip”, says organizer Dick van Raamsdonk.
