      On August 23, 2013, Bartels Stek (Dümmen Orange) became worldwide distributor of Biological Industries Nurseries’ (BI) Gypsophila varieties for a term of 3 years. Unfortunately, discussions about the terms for renewal of the distribution agreement, have not led to an acceptable outcome for both parties. Therefore, the distribution agreement shall end as of August 23, 2016
