OAKLAND — For the third year in a row, J. Miller Flowers and Gifts, 4416 Piedmont Ave., spent hours with a group of volunteers processing flowers, prepping bouquets, and loading them into buckets of water in the back of a delivery truck for part of the nationwide “Petal It Forward” drive on Oct. 11.
