Here’s a new reality you deal with every day: Customers who spend hours on Instagram want the latest and greatest in design. How can you clear the noise and position yourself as their go-to expert?
“Show, don’t tell,” is the mantra of Derek Woodruff, AIFD, PFCI, owner of Floral Underground in Traverse City, Michigan, who will present trends and ideas from the International Floral Distributors’ Flower Trends Forecast in September during SAF Amelia Island 2019, the Society of American Florists’ 135th annual convention. Read more >>

In the SAF WebBlast “Small Web Fixes, Big Results — Part 1: Increase Floral Event Business,” Ryan O’Neil, PFCI, CEO and founder of Curate, recommends three website tweaks that will improve user experience and lead to more booked events.
During the 20-minute SAF WebBlast, which included an additional 10 minutes of Q&A, O’Neil revealed common mistakes florists make in web strategy and simple changes to verbiage that can lead to dramatic sales results, with several examples of florists who successfully engage clients online.
SAF WebBlasts are exclusive free perks for members. Participate in the next SAF WebBlast live on Aug. 14 at 2 p.m. (Eastern) when Timm McIntyre with FTD presents “Small Web Fixes, Big Results — Part 2: 3 Tips to Get More Pay-Per-Click Traffic Without Spending More.” Read more >>
