      “Needed: Local reputable Miami Company seeking warehouse/ cooler . I’m very flexible, rent or buy. Need 4000 s/f to maybe 12,000 s/f. Willing to share space or not. I need maybe 1500 feet cooler, another 1000-1500 production, 500-1000 feet dry and 500 feet offices and would be fine with bigger cooled/production. And need dock height.” Please contact?? Me if you have space to offer.

        You might try Allure Farms as they have gone to Floral logistics and now have empty coolers.
