American Grown Flowers Take Center Stage!

American-grown flowers from West Coast and Midwest farms featured on screen

Carpinteria, CA – Florabundance is proud to share that our flowers are featured in the Netflix series season 2 With Love, Meghan.

In Season 1, Episode 5, Meghan visited Florabundance, selecting flowers in our Carpinteria cooler with the help of Wholesale Floral Consultant José Rabelo, who guided her through the diverse selection of fresh flowers.

Now, with the debut of Season 2, Episode 1, Florabundance flowers appear once again. In this episode, Meghan highlights the art of floral arranging and refers to the “Flower Mart”—a nod to Florabundance—where many of the featured flowers were sourced. A large portion of these flowers are American grown, provided by small- to medium-sized flower farms across the West Coast and Midwest.

“Any time flowers are featured in media, it’s a win for the floral industry,” said Joost Bongaerts, CEO of Florabundance. “It sparks greater interest from the public to enjoy flowers more often—daily or weekly—and we all know the benefits they bring, from stress relief to boosting happiness.”

The series also underscores Meghan’s personal philosophy of enjoying flowers in everyday life. As Meghan reflects, “We are not in the pursuit of perfection.” This message beautifully captures how flowers—whether in an elaborate arrangement or simply placed in a vase—add warmth, joy, and well-being to our lives.

Florabundance is honored to support storytelling that inspires people to live with flowers, while also uplifting American flower farms and the dedicated floral community behind them.
