Chrysal organization, serving as Chairman of the Board in Chrysal Americas and Advisory Board in Chrysal International. Chrysal Americas introduces
Andro Mandakovic as General Manager of Chrysal North America who will be responsible for operations in the United States and Canada.
After 36+ flourishing years serving as President of Chrysal Americas, Jim Kaplan, has decided to change roles within the organization. After sharing this decision with his fellow Management Team in The Netherlands, it was decided that Jim would leave his day-to-day role of operations to his successor while
transitioning into a new area of responsibility.Jim will serve as Chairman of the Board of Chrysal Americas which includes North, South and Central
America. He and his successor will work closely with clients to provide guidance in complex commercial
deals as well as long term strategic planning. Jim will continue supporting Colombia and Ecuador
commercially in close cooperation with Peter Vriends, CEO of Chrysal International. In addition, Jim will
serve as Chairman for the Advisory Board for Chrysal International.“We are grateful for the legacy Jim leaves behind as the company is very strong, well-managed and has

Chrysal is pleased to introduce Andro Mandakovic as General Manager of Chrysal Americas, who will be
responsible for operations of North America; USA and Canada. Andro’s new role will be effective as of
January 1, 2022.Andro comes to Chrysal with an impressive record and ability to build solid partner relationships at all
levels, with experience in building teams and developing people. For the last 9 years, he was the
Country Manager for North America at Carozzi, an Agro-industrial, Consumer and B2B food industry
leader headquartered in Santiago, Chile. He was responsible for identifying strategic markets,
developing customer relationships, and creating opportunities for growth with consumers, retailers, and
private label manufacturers. Andro holds an MBA degree from the prestigious Northwestern
University’s Kellogg Business School in Evanston, Illinois and a MS degree in Marketing and a BS degree
in Business Administration from University Adolfo Ibanez in Chile.
Jim and Andro have been working together for the past months to assure a smooth transition as Andro
goes through the process of learning about CHRYSAL and our business.
